From the moment I reached out with my requests, the hotel staff were incredibly responsive, attentive, and more than happy to accommodate my needs. The Sheraton Bogotá went above and beyond to make our stay special. They not only provided beautiful room decorations but also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The attention to detail and personalized service from the staff were outstanding - friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. The hotel also granted us a late check-out until 3 pm at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful touch. Our room was immaculate, with a tasteful birthday setup that exceeded our expectations. The following morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a great variety of options to choose from. We also had the opportunity to use the spa, where the service was top-notch and the pricing reasonable. Overall, our stay at the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel was truly memorable, thanks to their exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and genuine care for their guests. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a special experience in Bogotá.

The hotel staff is absolutely kind and welcoming. We were very happy to stay in this hotel. For us the location was perfect as we needed something relatively close to the airport. To our surprise, the hotel has a free shuttle service to the airport which as very convenient for us. The hotel has a pool and a gym which we found fantastic for a business hotel. We could swim with our children who were very happy to get a splash and have fun in the water.

The breakfast was delicious, and the selection of pastries was fantastic.

The piano player also had the perfect selection of pieces for the late afternoon glass of wine.
