I recently celebrated a birthday occasion at the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I reached out with my requests, the hotel staff were incredibly responsive, attentive, and more than happy to accommodate my needs. The Sheraton Bogotá went above and beyond to make our stay special. They not only provided beautiful room decorations but also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The attention to detail and personalized service from the staff were outstanding - friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. The hotel also granted us a late check-out until 3 pm at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful touch. Our room was immaculate, with a tasteful birthday setup that exceeded our expectations. The following morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a great variety of options to choose from. We also had the opportunity to use the spa, where the service was top-notch and the pricing reasonable. Overall, our stay at the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel was truly memorable, thanks to their exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and genuine care for their guests. The staff were amazing and accommodating at all times, the hotel was great and the food was amazing. What I appreciated from their service is the quality of service they brought to me and my partner. As I travel often and stay in Numerous 5 star hotels worldwide the main thing you expect when paying for a five star hotels is excellent uncontested service and a perfect room. They delivered this by adhering to all our requests, allowing late check outs, accommodating our bags while were out, allowing me to play the piano, and any other funny requests we made. I was very satisfied with this hotel and our stay on both occasions in the same trip and I will be staying here again for my next trips. Thank you

-Very nice rooms with a huge & comfortable bed -Full range of amenities and attentive staff -Swimming pool / gym area is nice -Free shuttle to/from airport -Very good breakfast -Overall great value for money given the facilities and comfort. Well located if you need to be close to the airport

We liked the shower, the breakfast, and the free shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and the cleaning personnel were very good about cleaning the room at our convenience.

Breakfast was amazing and offered variety of food! Staff was very polite and made sure to check up on you to ensure they met all your needs. Beds were so comfortable and water in the bathroom was hot which was fantastic when you have had a long day.

We stayed on the 9th floor, the Club Floor, and the service, the food, and the amenities were incredible. I will stay again no doubt.

Service is as expected of a Sheraton hotel. The breakfast and lunch staff were wonderful. The security people are helpful with helpful advice.

It’s 10 min drive to the airport. I was surprised how welcoming and great the staff where for an hotel airport. Rooms are spacious and even the restaurant served great food.
