The staff at breakfast and the Hashi lounge bar were simply the best. They were friendly and hospitable, with a smile on their faces every time they spoke to you. The piano player also had the perfect selection of pieces for the late afternoon glass of wine. The lovely 'camareira' was very kind and went beyond expectations with clean towels and little treats every day.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Bogotá Airport, making it easy to find the hotel and access. Despite being a luxury hotel, the rates were affordable, offering great value for money.
